Jason Wiser is an artist and game designer whose art and animation has appeared on the ABC Family/Disney TV show "Greek," at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, on robots at MIT, and in comics for the Boston Globe. He is the Creative Director for children's media company Yaya Play and creator of the award winning cooperative family card game Monsters in the Elevator. His published games include "Dance Central" with Harmonix and "Slam Bolt Scrappers" with Fire Hose Games.

He has taught college art and animation for film, games, comics and motion graphics since 2001, including courses at Harvard, Tufts, Northeastern, Emerson, and Lesley Universities, as well as The New England Institute of Art and the Art Institute of California - San Francisco. He has lectured at the MIT Media Lab, at Microsoft, and Pixar Animation Studios.

In the 1990s he taught English and Humanities in the Baltimore Public Schools through Teach For America and was a volunteer art instructor at Long Lane Prison in Middletown, CT. Both of these experiences helped form Jason's approach to teaching: project-oriented, student-focused, collaborative and with an emphasis on multiple learning styles.
